Serving on the Board for the Driving School Association of California since 2012. Began as the Secretary and served two terms. Nominated to Vice President in 2017 and currently serving in this position. Involved in the driving school community since 2002 as an instructor and operator. Background in education and training, having been an academic counselor and a state instructor for school bus drivers. Instructing in the high desert region of Southern California.

Referee's Driving School

Paul has been a DSAC member since 1999, he owns and operates Referees Driving School. He is involved with 23 different high schools- where he trains students how to drive. He also has an online driver's education, traffic violators and mature driver programs. He is currently assisting in The Every 15 Minutes Program with five different local high schools and actively guest speak in those 5 high schools driver's education classes. He comes from a banking and financing background and greatly enjoys the impact he has on his community.
